Our greatest point of pride is that more than 90 percent of our business comes from repeat engagement and direct referrals.  The words and actions of the exceptional people with whom we collaborate are the most meaningful measure of our achievement and the first source we invite you to consult.

Professional Code

Since our founding in 1947, CCS has remained steadfast in our commitment to advancing the missions of non-profit organizations through fund-raising counsel, development management, and strategic direction.

As members of industry associations including the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Independent Sector, the Giving Institute, Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and International Catholic Stewardship Council (ICSC), we subscribe to the ethical principles and standards put forth by these organizations.

Our privately held firm and nearly 300-member staff adheres to a Professional Code as outlined below.

  2. CCS does not raise the funds to subsidize our professional service arrangement.
  3. Our fees are competitive within the industry and fit the guidelines of the aforementioned professional associations.
  4. Our firm works within the parameters of general business guidelines; therefore, we do not work without an executed contract based on the practices of charities’ boroughs of each of the individual states governed by the Attorneys General.
