operational Vice President

Charles Michaud is an Operational Vice President of CCS with responsibility for the firm's business in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. For over 14 years, Charlie has provided fund-raising counsel and campaign management to leading education, professional, cultural, and faith-based organisations. Since joining the firm, Charlie has been involved in some of the largest and most important campaigns in the firm’s history.

Charlie has significant experience with individual, foundation, and corporate sector fund raising. He has extensive experience in designing and managing major gift campaigns, developing case statements, recruiting and training Board members and volunteers, leading university development offices, implementing donor stewardship programmes, and conducting studies and assessments. He has worked with not-for-profit organisations in Belgium, Canada, England, France, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Russia, Scotland, Switzerland, and the United States.

Charlie earned a degree in Business Management from Marquette University. He is a member of the Industry Advisory Council for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in Europe. Charlie resides in London with his wife, Maureen, and their three children.
