Joseph F. X. Lee

Chief Operating Officer

Joseph F.X. Lee is Chief Operating Officer of CCS and joined the firm in 1976.  For over 15 years, Joe was involved in a variety of fund-raising campaigns, feasibility studies, and development audits throughout the United States and Canada.  Joe served as campaign director and account supervisor, specializing in health, education, religion, social and civic, and culture fund raising.

As Chief Operating Officer, Joe is responsible for the oversight of personnel, including the identification, recruitment, and hiring of qualified individuals to staff CCS campaigns and services.  Joe works closely with the Principals of the firm to create effective Teams that serve the needs of all CCS clients.

In addition, Joe manages the Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Training Departments at CCS.  He serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Management Team.

Joe and his wife, Lynn, reside in Middleton, NJ with their two daughters, Caitlyn and Melissa.
