Michael Gerun

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Gerun is Chief Financial Officer of CCS and serves on the CCS Board of Directors.  Michael is a member of the Finance and Personnel and Policy Committees.  Joining the firm in 1977, Michael operated as Head of the Finance Department and Comptroller before becoming CFO.

A graduate of Herbert H. Lehman College, Michael began his career in public accounting, focusing on financial reporting, auditing, and taxation.

Upon joining CCS, he became responsible for the development and growth of the Finance Department; systems; financial, tax and management reporting; and assisted with Information Technology, Human Resources, and in the formation of numerous policies, procedures, and benefit plans of the firm.

Michael brings over thirty-five years of experience and as CFO, continues his focus on strategic growth and development, while maintaining the day-to-day management of key financial areas.
