Paul Miles

Operational Vice President

 

Paul C. Miles is an Operational Vice President with responsibility for the firm’s business in the Midwest.  Paul’s areas of expertise include Feasibility Studies and Development Audits, Campaign Planning and Management, Major Gift Solicitations, and Donor Cultivation. His campaigns have raised more than $750 million for religious organizations, educational institutions, seminaries, cultural and civic organizations, and international NGOs.

In addition, Paul has served as the acting Senior Vice President for and Habitat for Humanity International in Americus, GA and Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN.  In that capacity, he was responsible for the creation and implementation of departmental programs and engaged in senior level planning. 

Paul is a frequent speaker at conferences such as Association of Lutheran Development Executives, Association of Fund Raising Professionals, and Association of Healthcare Professionals.  Paul is a graduate of Concordia University Chicago (IL) where he currently serves on the President’s Advisory Council.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Baltimore – based, Lutheran World Relief, an international relief and development organization.  Paul and his wife, Sonja, live with their three children in Naperville, Illinois.
