Robert Kissane

President

Robert Kissane is the President of CCS and its international operations in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Over the past 25 years, Bob has directed and counseled major fund-raising initiatives in the North America, Latin America, Western Europe and Russia, Africa and Asia.

As an executive with the firm, Bob has designed or directed some of the firm's most significant projects including the $1.3 billion Discoveries that Make a Difference campaign for Weill Cornell Medical College; the $1.2 billion Invest in CUNY campaign for the City University of New York; the $1 billion To Realize Medicine’s Promise campaign for New York Presbyterian Hospital, the $200 million research initiative The Only Remedy is a Cure for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation International, Inc.; Rotary International's $246 million The PolioPlus Campaign; the $78 million A Soaring Spirit campaign for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater; Human Rights Watch's $45 million A Special Moment in History endowment campaign; among numerous others.

Bob has served as a member of the Resource Mobilization Task Team for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria; the CASE (Council for the Advancement and Support of Education) Industry Advisory Council; and the AHP (Association of Healthcare Philanthropy) Foundation Board of Directors. Bob serves on the board of directors of five nonprofit institutions: Human Rights Watch ~ the largest human rights organization based in the United States; The Parrish Art Museum, Southampton, Long Island, Poets House ~ the literary center and poetry archive in SoHo; WITNESS ~ a human rights program utilizing video and communications technology; and FilmAid International.

He resides in Manhattan with his son, Evan.
