Sean O'Connor

Operational Vice President

Sean O’Connor joined CCS in 1994 and currently serves as Operational Vice President of the firm.  He has 14 years of experience working with international organizations, academic medical centers, trade associations, private colleges, national museums, and diocesan programs.  He has assisted clients with fund raising, organizational development, and non-profit marketing campaigns.  Sean has raised millions of dollars on behalf of diverse social welfare causes from corporations, individuals, as well as inter-governmental bodies like the Bank for International Settlements, the IMF, and the World Bank.  

He was a Jesuit Volunteer in Auburn, Washington, where he counseled teens in a short-term residential center.

Sean has a degree in History from Holy Cross College (B.A.). He currently lives in Westchester County, New York, with his wife and two children.
