Our People

CCS Professionals are responsible for achieving predetermined project goal(s), during a specific time frame and within a set operational budget.

CCS professionals have a broad range of experience, knowledge, and expertise. Many have worked as development officers at non-profit organizations. Others have specialized in major gifts, research, planned giving, and trustee development. Some join our firm immediately after college or graduate school with a desire to contribute to the world around them. Members of our Team speak nearly 20 languages and represent over 10 nationalities.  Together, this diversity of skills and backgrounds allows CCS to develop highly effective fund-raising programs and strategies.

  • Coordinating recruitment of campaign leadership
  • Directing volunteer and committee activities
  • Developing cultivation and solicitation methodologies
  • Devising appropriate gift plans
  • Developing deferred giving methods
  • Overseeing prospect development (research, evaluation, tracking)
  • Preparing leadership gift proposals
  • Developing operative materials (brochures, audiovisuals, reports, receipts)
  • Developing communication and promotional plans
  • Conducting instructional sessions (board(s), institutional leadership, key audiences)
  • Establishing gift acknowledgement and collection procedures
  • Preparing official campaign progress reports
  • Providing official campaign final reports
  • Providing campaign follow-up recommendations
