CCS managed and restructured the museum’s development operations and evaluated the potential for a major endowment campaign. The Museum is America's national institution for the documentation, study, and interpretation of Holocaust history, and serves as this country's memorial to the millions of people murdered during the Holocaust. The primary mission is to advance and disseminate knowledge about this unprecedented tragedy; to preserve the memory of those who suffered; and to encourage its visitors to reflect upon the moral and spiritual questions raised by the events of the Holocaust, as well as their own responsibilities as citizens of a democracy. CCS assisted in more than doubling the amount raised for both the Annual Fund and Endowment - bringing in over $86 million during its three years working with the Museum.

Founded in 1880, the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra (SLSO) is the nation’s second-oldest symphony orchestra. Ranking among the top symphony orchestras in the country, the Symphony recently began its fourth season with internationally-acclaimed music director David Robertson. During that time, CCS helped the SLSO reverse a four-year downward trend in Annual Fund donations, exceeding its annual goal and increasing revenue by six percent over the previous year. In addition, CCS conducted a wide-ranging assessment of peer organizations, delivering a development assessment on how to efficiently structure the SLSO development office. The sustainable, growth-oriented model that CCS helped the SLSO develop will play an integral role in the organization’s future development efforts.
