Campaign Kent Denver:
Pride In Our Past, Committed To Our Future

Kent Denver School, Englewood, CO

Amnesty International USAKent Denver School serves 650 students in grades 6 through 12, embracing a mission of “excellence in scholarship and character.” To ensure a future as strong as its past, Kent Denver partnered with CCS to create Campaign Kent Denver — the most ambitious fund-raising effort in its 84-year history. This comprehensive campaign has exceeded its $17 million goal by raising $19.2 million to date. Campaign Kent Denver has positioned the school to better serve the needs of its community and solidify its reputation as one of the leading independent schools in the United States for decades to come.

A Tradition of Faith

Pius X High School, Lincoln, NE

Lion's Clubs InternationalFor over 50 years, Pius X High School has been providing youth throughout Lincoln, Nebraska with an exemplary Catholic education. In order to continue this legacy of learning, Pius X High School embarked on a $13 million landmark campaign – A Tradition of Faith. Highlights of this campaign include increasing the Pius X High School Foundation and funding improvements to the physical plant. A unique characteristic of this campaign is that funds were also raised to support the parishes of Lincoln. Pius X High School, with the support of the entire Lincoln Catholic community, successfully raised over $15.9 million. CCS was privileged to have assisted in this effort.

A Campaign For Educational Excellence

Ranney School, Tinton Falls, NJ

ImageRanney School is an independent, co-educational day school located in Monmouth County, New Jersey that serves over 800 students. Following on the success of Phase I ~ Foundations for Learning, Ranney embarked on Phase II ~ Foundations for Learning, a significant fund-raising effort to support campus-wide enhancements and expansion. This extraordinary undertaking, the largest in Ranney School's 48-year history, will assure that Ranney remains a beacon for academic excellence and exploration for its students and faculty for many years to come. To date, the campaign has surpassed its $7.5 million goal, raising nearly $11 million from major gifts, and is now working toward a challenge target of $12 million. CCS is proud to partner with Head of School Dr. Lawrence S. Sykoff and Ranney School on this important endeavor.

The Campaign For The Prep: Our Legacy - Our Future

St. Joseph's Preparatory School, Philadelphia, PA

Hope Lives HereA comprehensive $30,000,000 effort is underway that will underpin the facilities and funding necessary to continue the mission of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia, PA. The campaign will help transform an unused five-story building on campus into a new Academic Center. The result of this 100,000 square-foot renovation will be lower class sizes, more course offerings, and the best possible education for the Prep’s students. The campaign will also endow programs rooted in the school's Jesuit ideals including tuition assistance, faculty development, and an outreach program for elementary-school students from low-income families. CCS is proud to be assisting St. Joseph's Preparatory School in this extraordinary effort.

Scientia Pro Amore Dei - Knowledge For The Love Of God

McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, Mobile, AL

Hope Lives HereMcGill-Toolen Catholic High School launched a $5.5 million campaign in May 2005 to provide funding for a Master Center for Science and Technology, Master Teacher Program, student activities center, athletic facilities improvements, and campus enhancements. At the kick-off gala on September 14, 2006, to announce the beginning of the public phase, The Most Reverend Oscar H. Lipscomb, Archbishop of Mobile, congratulated the campaign leadership for securing eight gifts at the $500,000 level and for raising $7.2 million during the quiet leadership phase. On the basis of the campaign’s success, the goal was raised to $10 million, and more than $10.1 million was raised.

Renaissance: The Campaign For Boston College High

Boston College High School, Boston, MA

Founded in 1863, Boston College High School (BC High) is a Jesuit, Catholic college preparatory school for young men. In the classroom, students are challenged with an academically rigorous course of studies by a highly trained and engaging faculty. CCS partnered with BC High on Renaissance: The Campaign for Boston College High, designed to support scholarship endowments and facilities. CCS is proud to have worked on this campaign, which raised more than $35 million.

Calvert Hall Forever

Calvert Hall College High School, Baltimore, MD

Founded in 1845 by the De La Salle Christian Brothers, Calvert Hall College is a Catholic high school for young men in Baltimore. Ninety-six (96) faculty members provide a college preparatory program of studies and a wide range of extracurricular activities for over 1,200 students on its 32-acre campus.

In May 2002, the school announced Calvert Hall Forever, the most ambitious capital campaign in its history, which was designed to address emerging needs by providing endowment funds for tuition assistance as well as the construction of a new four story academic building. The effort secured three cornerstone gifts totaling $4 million. With $11.2 million raised, the campaign well surpassed its initial $7.5 million goal. George Young Hall, the campaign centerpiece, was recently recognized for design excellence by the Associated Builders & Contractors of Metropolitan Baltimore at their annual awards dinner. CCS is proud to have assisted Calvert Hall with this historic campaign.

Securing Excellence Campaign

St. Philip's Academy, Newark, NJ

St. Philip's Academy, founded in 1988, opened with ten first-graders from the inner-city of Newark, NJ. Now offering grades kindergarten through eight, the Academy has expanded to serve a growing student body of 276, providing Newark families with a challenging, yet nurturing independent school education. St. Philip's now owns its physical plant, which is at the heart of Newark's Downtown Arts District and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The curriculum is supported by an environment where students develop a sense of personal responsibility and an inner voice of authority. Graduates attend the most selective independent day and boarding schools in the country. The school now generates an annual fund of $2 million, and embarked on a $7.5 million first-phase capital campaign. CCS is honored to have been part of the effort that will secure excellence for future generations of Newark children.
