CCS assisted the ASPCA in building its major gift program by implementing a portfolio refinement process and a moves management system; developing strategies for personal visits; creating high-level giving societies to attract donors; and introducing improved solicitation tools.

Following a comprehensive planning study, CCS assisted this unique alliance of six NGO’s and one sovereign nation campaign in acquiring three dams on the Penobscot River, Maine’s largest watershed. The campaign reached and exceeded its $8 million goal, realizing over $10 million in philanthropic commitments.

Forest Society of Maine successfully completed a $35 million West Branch Campaign for permanent conservation of 329,000 acres in Maine's Northern Forest. CCS is proud to have served FSM as the campaign manager of the West Branch Campaign.

Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons
CCS is proud to have partnered with ARF in surpassing their campaign goal of $10 million, the largest campaign in the organization’s 34-year history. The funds raised fostered the purchase of a thrift shop, allowed for market research studies to expand services, and provided a $6 million endowment to sustain ARF’s programs and adoption center.

CCS partnered with the Treaty to create and implement a fundraising plan for a grants initiative. Following the adoption of the fundraising plan, the funds mobilized and disbursed for the second funding cycle of the grants initiative multiplied ten-fold those disbursed in the initial pilot phase.

CCS recently conducted the campaign planning study for the chapter as it considered the role of philanthropy in its future plans. In its first year of “campaigning” the organization generated more than $10 million.

CCS celebrates its partnership with Henry’s Fork Foundation and the successful planning, organization, and launch of the $3.5 million Henry's Fork Forever: Fish, Land, Water, People campaign, which was the largest campaign in the Foundation’s 25-year history.
National Audubon Society
National Audubon Society
CCS assisted the National Audubon Society in implementing their new strategic plan by increasing funding through collaborative requests. Increased funding will aid the Society in protecting birds and other animals, their habitats and the environment at-scale along the Atlantic, Mississippi, Central and Pacific flyways.
