CCS individually tailors up to 300 fund-raising programs each year. Our firm undertakes more than 100 development reviews, assessments, audits, strategic campaign plans, and feasibility and planning studies annually

Feasibility Studies & Development Audits
Each feasibility and planning study is conducted by a CCS team which includes executive leadership and counsel, on-site study coordinator(s), and research support.
Most studies involve a significant number of personal and confidential interviews, group discussions, mail surveys, telephone surveys and reflect extensive qualitative and quantitative findings, evaluations, based on our extensive experience.
Development audits and reviews involve comprehensive analysis of development organization, structure, results, potential, staffing, resources, volunteers, budgets, and information systems.
