In addition, she has worked with organizations to develop strategies to enhance internal and external practices, from donor stewardship and annual fund campaigns to weekly fundraising check-in meetings and activity tracking.

Eliza has a strong track record of recruiting, managing, and supporting volunteers engaged in fundraising initiatives for her client partners. She has overseen the engagement of 60+ volunteers simultaneously, ensuring each received the attention and assistance they required.

Eliza’s passion for fundraising was ignited while in elementary school when she and her mom recruited a group of her classmates to make and sell American flag pins to support 9/11 relief efforts. After moving across the country at 16, Eliza convinced the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life to allow her to bring the event to her new town. Not only did the inaugural event raise nearly the double fundraising goal established the Relay for Life, but after establishing and leading the event for two years, Eliza trained fellow students to take it over following her graduation. This experience solidified Eliza’s desire to pursue a career designing and implementing strategic fundraising campaigns.
