Jasmine Guy is CCS’s Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Hailing from Chicago, Jasmine has pursued a high-profile career in DEI, with extensive experience in higher education, local government, professional services, membership services, fundraising, retail management, and communications. After spending seven years at the University of Chicago, Jasmine moved to the law firm Foley & Lardner LLP, and most recently to Major, Lindsey & Africa/Allegis Partners, where she served as its Director of DE&I / Corporate Social Responsibility.

A high-profile civic leader and sought-after speaker on DEI, social justice, access and opportunity, Jasmine was recently recognized as one of Chicago’s most influential and inclusive leaders as she was selected as one of only fifty Chicago United – 2021 Business Leaders of Color.
