Olivia Grinker is an Assistant Vice President at CCS Fundraising. She most recently provided capital campaign counsel at the Museum of Chinese in America. Previously, Olivia served as Interim Director of Advancement at The Speyer Legacy School, a K-8 independent school in New York City for accelerated learners and directed a Feasibility Study for King School in Stamford, CT, during which she helped the school determine goals and timing of the school’s largest campaign to date. Olivia has also partnered with the CCS Independent School Practice Group on special projects for independent school conferences. Previously, Olivia worked with Trinity University in San Antonio, during which she led the development of the University’s campaign case for support; advised on campaign budgets, policies, and guidelines; and provided recommendation on volunteer leadership structures. Other client work includes conducting a Development Assessment for the Sala Institute for Child & Family Centered Care at NYU Langone Health, and providing strategic counsel to The Frick Collection, Planet Word, and Third Option Foundation.
Before joining CCS, Olivia worked as an external consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, during which she created an assessment tool to capture the indirect spillovers associated with entrepreneurial education and training programs in Latin America.
Olivia resides in Manhattan and is originally from Washington, DC. She is Chair of the Associate Board at LSA Family Health Service, which provides maternity, parenting, and early childhood development services in East Harlem. She holds a BA from Yale University and a MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
