Alissa has spent her career advancing the missions of nonprofit organizations. Her first-hand experience witnessing the community impact of nonprofit work drives her passion for philanthropy.

Alissa has over a decade of experience working with organizations in the arts and culture, higher education, advocacy, and primary and secondary education sectors. As a Vice President, Alissa partners with mission-driven organizations and provides interim management and strategic guidance on transformational fundraising campaigns, infrastructure assessments, volunteer leadership development, and systems management.

Within CCS, Alissa is proud to be part of her team’s mentorship program, helping newer directors at CCS succeed. She also serves on a committee to expand CCS’s DEI initiatives and a thought leadership task force working to provide firmwide educational resources and professional development opportunities around the topic of fiscal management.

Alissa received her BA from Cornell University. After seven years in Vermont, Alissa returned to her home state of New York and currently resides in Manhattan with her husband. She enjoys taking longs walks in Riverside Park, experiencing all the cultural gems New York City has to offer, and attending the occasional tennis match and basketball game.
