Andrea’s early experiences shaped the service-driven approach she brings to philanthropy and community development today. This foundation in hands-on service inspired her to join the United States Peace Corps, where she served as a Health and International Development Specialist in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  

Since 2002 in her work with CCS, Andrea has secured numerous seven- and eight-figure gifts in support of major institutional initiatives. She is highly regarded for her expertise in major gift fundraising, campaign strategy and activation, development staff training and supervision, campaign performance analysis, account and database management systems, campaign materials development, public relations, and all aspects of volunteer leadership management and orientation. She has participated in hundreds of gift requests and has trained thousands of volunteers over the course of her career 

Andrea earned her MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her BA in Corporate Communications and Anthropology from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and continues to serve her community as a certified Emergency Medical Technician, volunteering for more than 30 years.
