The Full Story

Arshia’s work is driven by a simple but profound belief: belonging makes organizations stronger. In her role, she leads initiatives that invite honest dialogue, strengthen organizational culture, and help teams approach their work with openness and shared purpose. Her leadership reflects a deep understanding that equity is not an add-on to organizational strategy but part of the foundation that allows communities to thrive.

Before assuming her role as Executive Vice President of DEIB, Arshia led CCS’s Learning and Development team, where she designed training programs rooted in adult learning theory. That experience sharpened her approach to organizational change, giving her the tools to help colleagues and clients build lasting, equitable practices.

Arshia serves on her daughter’s school board and volunteers with South Asian and Muslim organizations dedicated to social justice and equity, continuing the work of building spaces where people feel a sense of dignity and voice.

A graduate of New York University, Arshia lives in Chicago with her husband and two children. She finds meaning in stories—whether through books, podcasts, or lived experiences—and her family often spends time outdoors, training together for triathlons.

As a child of immigrants, what connects me to the work I do at CCS is community, and true community is built with a deep sense of belonging—where everyone can show up as their full selves, knowing they are seen, heard, and essential to the collective success of CCS and our clients.
