The Full Story
Guided by a belief in the power of philanthropy to strengthen communities, Caroline has spent more than two decades helping organizations plan and implement transformational fundraising initiatives. She joined CCS in 2005 and, in her role as Partner, works closely with leadership teams to clarify their goals and map out the steps needed to move them forward, always with a focus on mission alignment and long-term impact.
Her interest in philanthropy began long before CCS. Early in her career, she spent time in communities facing systemic challenges, which continue to shape the way she approaches her work today. With degrees in political science and social work, she brings both a systems lens and a human one to every partnership, combining strategic insight, deep empathy, and unwavering commitment
Caroline stays active in the broader nonprofit community. She has served on the boards of Women in Development and the World Fellowship at Christ Church Summit and participates in several local committees. She holds a BA in Political Science from Trinity College and a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.
Caroline lives in Summit, NJ with her husband and their three children. She enjoys supporting causes related to education, conservation, and animal welfare.
