Connor is passionate about advocacy and helping nonprofits tell their stories.
Connor discovered his passion for philanthropy while practicing as an attorney in Chicago. Working with pro-bono legal nonprofits, Connor discovered that nonprofit organizations, like legal clients, need help telling their stories and navigating complex administrative systems.
Since joining CCS a decade ago, Connor has worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations, primarily in the education, healthcare, and religion sectors, helping design and implement dozens of fundraising campaigns that have raised hundreds of millions for clients. His areas of expertise include capital and endowment campaigns, major donor programs, interim management, principal gift solicitation strategies, and strategic development planning, as well as staffing assessments, Board development, and feasibility studies.
Connor received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and currently lives in Los Angeles. A licensed attorney, he continues to volunteer for a variety of legal aid organizations. When he is not working, he can be found writing, hiking, surfing, or watching basketball.
