Ellie’s non-profit experience spans multiple sectors, including education, environmental conservation, and international development. She has worked and lived in both North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe, and brings the breadth of her experiences to her client work.
Ellie is skilled in project management, developing tailored training materials, creating customized leadership and major gift proposals, targeted communications, prospect research, and strategic stakeholder engagement. She has a strong consulting and research background in climate change adaptation/mitigation strategy, sustainable resource management, and community engagement.
Her experience includes serving as a United Nations representative for an international environmental NGO, consulting on a climate change adaptation/water resource development project with the International Union for Conservation of Nature in Kenya, and leading a research team to report on community-led water resource management programs in Bolivia.
