Erin brings more than 10 years of experience in philanthropy and has been a trusted partner to nonprofit leaders across the country throughout her tenure at CCS. She is driven by a deep belief in the industry’s ability to strengthen communities and approaches every engagement with clarity, purpose, and a commitment to helping organizations advance their missions with lasting impact.
Her leadership at CCS has supported transformational fundraising initiatives across religious, educational, cultural, health, environmental, and human service organizations. Erin has managed projects with cumulative goals exceeding $600 million, guiding teams through complex planning processes, major gift strategies, and organizational inflection points. Clients value her thoughtful approach, her ability to distill complex challenges into actionable strategies, and her steady partnership through periods of growth and change.
Erin also serves on the board of SODA: Student Organ Donation Advocacy, supporting efforts to expand education and awareness around organ donation. She holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a BS in Nonprofit Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Originally from Milwaukee, Erin lives in Chicago with her husband, two children, and their Boston Terrier. She enjoys playing tennis, cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, and exploring the many neighborhoods that make Chicago unique.
