Kruti has diverse experience in both the financial services industry and the social impact arena, with a focus on nonprofit operational and financial development. She provides expertise in project management, strategic planning, data analysis, and impact evaluation.

Prior to CCS, Kruti worked on the trading floor of Nomura Securities fixed income credit team. She has also worked with several social enterprises such as The Aspen Institute, Ashoka, and Womankind in practice areas including fundraising, campaign strategy & execution, volunteer engagement, organizational design, and resource development.

Kruti earned her MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). At SIPA, she served as the Teaching Assistant for the course Financial Accounting for International & Public Affairs and was a Tamer Center for Social Enterprise Summer Fellow. She also holds a BS from Cornell University in Applied Economics and Management.
