Lauren’s path at CCS has grown from hands-on client service to firmwide leadership. As Chief of Staff, she works closely with leadership to advance strategic priorities, strengthen internal coordination, and support a collaborative, mission-driven culture. 

Since joining CCS in 2013, she has cultivated a deep expertise in philanthropic strategy through her early work in client services, where she partnered with organizations across sectors to advance major fundraising efforts. 

Lauren serves on the Board of the New York chapter of Women in Development, contributing to the advancement of women in the fundraising profession. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. 

She lives in Westport, Connecticut with her husband, daughter, and son. Actively working with nonprofit organizations within her community, Lauren also participates in CCS’s Working Parents and Caregivers employee resource group, reflecting her commitment to both professional and personal leadership.
