The Full Story

Lindsey’s career has been shaped by a conviction that well-supported teams can unlock meaningful impact. Since joining CCS in 2012, she has partnered with nonprofits across education, healthcare, human services, environmental, and animal welfare sectors, advising on fundraising operations, campaign strategy, and the systems that support transformational philanthropy.

As her role expanded, Lindsey led strategy and operations for CCS’s Central United States division, establishing a model that became the firm-wide standard and contributed to significant regional growth.

In 2022, she moved into a corporate leadership role. Now serving as Chief Transformation Officer, she helps shape CCS’s long-term strategic direction and oversees the firm’s corporate business strategy[CD1] , including Marketing, Business Development, and Business Intelligence functions. Her work includes co-authoring the firm’s strategic plan and advancing systems that strengthen performance and client service.

Lindsey’s commitment to philanthropy is grounded in her training as a social worker. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.

She lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband and two sons.

I believe philanthropy is one of the most powerful forces for transforming communities and advancing missions.
