Patrick is an enterprising professional with a passion for education, community service, project management, and cross-cultural communication. He brings to his work a zeal for excellence and a commitment to help clients meet their goals and develop a solid foundation for future growth.

Patrick’s work with CCS clients has included organizational development assessments, campaign planning, and comprehensive campaign management. As a skilled intercultural communicator and strategic planner, he is adept at building productive relationships with multiple stakeholders and helping leaders articulate their goals and develop organizational structures to meet them. Most recently, Patrick has worked with St. Ignatius Parish in San Francisco to manage the parish’s $25M building restoration and ministry expansion campaign – the largest fundraising effort in the church’s 107-year history.

Prior to joining CCS, Patrick completed a joint Master of Public Administration/M.A. International Education Management degree at the Middlebury Institute, where he consulted with a Peru-based grassroots NGO to restructure their strategic plan for partnership development. Patrick also served in Guatemala with the Peace Corps as a youth development coordinator, successfully raising local contributions and government grant funding for several education development projects.

While not at work, Patrick loves exploring the outdoors through biking, diving, and hiking (he’s climbed four active volcanoes and hopes to add more to the list!). He also enjoys travel and brushing up on his Spanish skills by reading or practicing with friends.
