The Full Story
During her tenure at CCS, Sarah has supported organizations as they refine their vision, articulate compelling cases for support, and build the structures needed to sustain long-term growth.
As Partner, Sarah leads a diverse portfolio of partnerships across the Central U.S. Her experience spans campaign planning studies, multi-million-dollar campaign management, development assessments, staff and volunteer training, and guidance through transformational gifts. With a particular focus on K–12 education and faith-based initiatives, she works closely with leaders to craft narratives that tie mission, financial needs, and future aspirations into clear, motivating pathways for investment.
Sarah believes that successful fundraising is about more than just raising money—it is about strengthening community, deepening relationships, and expanding what is possible through partnership. This philosophy shapes her leadership style and her work with both internal teams and client partners.
Her engagement in the field extends beyond her client work. Sarah presents regularly at industry events, including with the International Catholic Stewardship Council (ICSC) and as a guest lecturer at the University of Mary, and she frequently contributes to CCS webinars across sectors and regions.
Sarah lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband, Ben, their daughters, Olivia and Kayla, and their rescue pup, Fred. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Fundraising Management from Columbia University.
