As a Senior Vice President at CCS, his work across faith-based institutions, higher education, healthcare, and human services reflects a steady commitment to helping organizations translate bold aspirations into lasting impact. Steven’s approach emphasizes listening closely, aligning teams around shared purpose, and creating pathways that honor both vision and community needs.

Beyond his client partnerships, Steven contributes to the broader philanthropic landscape through board service and advisory roles. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, WI, and is an Advisory Board Member for the Neonatal Comfort Care Program at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. His academic background includes degrees from Georgetown University and Seton Hall University, and he is a graduate of Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ.
