Tom’s professional life has been dedicated entirely to the nonprofit sector. He is CCS’s Vice Chairand is considered a thought leader in the field of philanthropy. Tom approaches each engagement with a respect for mission, an appreciation for collaboration, and a belief that strategic fundraising can help institutions realize their most ambitious goals. His work spans feasibility studies, multi-year campaigns, and long-term planning efforts, each shaped by thoughtful analysis and a steady commitment to advancing organizational impact.

Over the course of his career, Tom has partnered with organizations across education, health, human services, faith, advocacy, and the arts. He works closely with leadership teams to clarify vision, build strong cases for support, and design approaches that mobilize communities around shared purpose.

Tom’s contributions extend beyond client partnerships. He serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Mary’s Children’s Healthcare System in Bayside and the De La Salle School in Freeport, and he supports sector-wide dialogue as a member of the Editorial Review Board for Giving USA.
