Since joining the firm in 2014, she has partnered with organizations across the Atlantic region to strengthen donor participation, clarify priorities, and build community-focused campaigns.
Her expertise spans capital, endowment, and comprehensive campaigns, along with leadership gift fundraising, Case for Support development, grant writing, volunteer management, and prospect research. A defining moment in her career came during the COVID-19 pandemic, when she created and launched the S.E.C.U.R.E. Program. The initiative strengthened financial stability across multiple parishes, increased offertory by 254% in five weeks, and was later adopted by 10 dioceses nationwide.
Vann also serves on the Women of Influence Committee for the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, speaks annually at the Florida Council of Independent Schools, and holds advisory roles with Florida International University and Cary Academy. She earned her MA from Carnegie Mellon University and her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she remains a devoted Tar Heels basketball fan.
