Strong systems are the quiet engine behind great fundraising. I help teams build operations that reflect their values, support their purpose, and make the hard work of impact more sustainable.

As a senior leader in Advancement Services and fundraising operations, Vered has been fortunate to hold nearly every job in a fundraising office before transitioning to consulting. Over her 18+ year career dedicated to Advancement Services, she has led small and large shops through transformative database implementations with a focus on best practices, through the lens of human flourishing.

In her tenure at Blackbaud as a senior consultant and program manager for RENXT and the Data Intelligence suite of products, Vered partnered with internal and external stakeholders to host popular webinars attended by thousands of clients, built product affinity through authentic understanding of shared problems and solutions, innovated new offerings, and led the implementation of over 300 clients to Raiser’s Edge and analytics products. Prior to her time at Blackbaud, she held positions at Children’s Home & Aid Society of Illinois (now Brightpoint), After School Matters, and the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

In addition to a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Illinois and M.S. in Nonprofit Management (Fundraising Operations) from Spertus College, Vered has held an active CFRE certification since 2011. Her volunteer work with the Association of Advancement Services Professionals (aasp) spans 16+ years and highlights include founding the scholarship program for underrepresented groups, chairing the Advancement Technology Best Practice Committee, and currently, co-chairing the DEI and Ethics Committee.
