To put the vision into action and fund strategic priorities, UNSW has commenced an inaugural campaign to raise $650 million. CCS has partnered with UNSW to finalize campaign planning, build internal fundraising infrastructure and capacity, and provide counsel for the multi-year campaign. Throughout the engagement, CCS has provided strategic leadership, fundraising, and operational counsel.
CCS has provided support in planning, launching, and communicating their campaign internally and externally. CCS has worked with UNSW leadership and staff to craft and execute a unique plan engaging a variety of stakeholders including divisional leadership, volunteers, faculty, external partners, medical research collaborators and alumni. We have helped develop UNSW’s capabilities around engaging $1M+ donors and building a major gift pipeline. Additionally, CCS has supported UNSW in activating volunteers and academic partners to support the effort and creating a culture of philanthropy throughout the university.
