Over more than a decade with the firm, she has supported clients with financial targets totaling over $1 billion and has partnered with organizations across every major philanthropic sector. Her practice spans feasibility studies, campaign management, and organizational assessments, and centers on a on aligning people, processes, and purpose through measurable, actionable plans grounded in data analytics, staffing assessments, pipeline development, and leadership engagement.

Before joining CCS, Aashika earned her master’s in Fundraising and Grantmaking from NYU and worked at the ACLU—experiences that deepened her commitment to social impact and sustainable development strategy. Known for combining analytical thinking with an empathetic leadership style, she helps teams navigate complexity while keeping long-term goals in view.

Aashika serves on the Board of the Cayton Children’s Museum and holds degrees from Syracuse University and NYU. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Jesal, and finds energy in community, culture, and the arts.
