Eleanor Huston

Eleanor’s career reflects a deep commitment to helping nonprofit organizations succeed in complex and evolving environments. At CCS, she works closely with organizational leaders, board members, donors, and public partners to move initiatives forward and build broad-based support around shared goals.

Her work spans environmental organizations, arts and culture institutions, healthcare systems, independent schools, higher education, and public-private partnerships. She has successfully led complex projects, assessments, and campaigns with goals from seven- to nine-figures. Across each engagement, Eleanor brings a collaborative approach shaped by experience in major gifts strategy, communications, volunteer engagement, and coalition-building.

Eleanor earned a bachelor’s degree in American Studies and French from Smith College. Originally from Western Massachusetts, she lives in Chicago with her family and enjoys exploring the city’s museums and spending time along Lake Michigan.
