The Full Story
Gaby is a Senior Vice President at CCS Fundraising with more than a decade of experience in campaign planning and management in a breadth of sectors nationally and internationally. Gaby brings dedication to operational excellence, strong communication and project management, and care for the people carrying out mission-driven work in every client engagement.
Gaby has spent her career with CCS in multiple roles, with a special focus on campaign planning and feasibility studies, campaign management, major gifts strategy, case development, and volunteer and board training and engagement. She has led and guided fundraising goals upwards of $500 million in close partnership with clients across the United States and internationally. Gaby partners with our clients, consultants, and Client Services to carry out transformational engagements, meeting organizations where they are and developing plans to elevate the role of philanthropy in their day-to-day.
Early in her career with CCS, Gaby directed Catholic diocesan and parish campaigns across the Midwest and in Texas, building relationships with pastors and parishioners to achieve transformational fundraising goals. Later, Gaby led the feasibility study and eventual Campaign 100 for the Lions Clubs International Foundation, a longtime CCS partner, guiding the organization’s first comprehensive campaign through their centennial and the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this role, Gaby collaborated with Foundation staff and Lions across the globe, particularly in Latin America and the Caribbean, to tailor campaign plans for regional priorities and distinct cultures of philanthropy.
More recently, Gaby led project onboarding in the Central region, working closely with clients and CCS team members to activate and accelerate the early stages of our partnerships. In this role, Gaby coordinated and designed preliminary messaging, data analysis, and project implementation to ensure robust and insightful planning engagements.
Gaby is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a proud Milwaukee-area native. She and her husband reside in the southwest suburbs and enjoy being active in their parish, attending live music and theater, and cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers.
Philanthropy is about people, and I am grateful to partner with people who are dedicated to making the world a better place, starting in their own communities. This work is a privilege!
