Since joining CCS in 2017, Jessica has worked with clients across sectors, including independent schools, higher education, arts and culture, healthcare, human services, and foundations. She has conducted feasibility studies, designed annual fund and major gift plans, led in-depth data analysis projects, and managed end-to-end capital campaigns, from conception through major gifts to launching the public phase. 

In collaboration with CCS colleagues, Jessica has worked to strengthen how organizations engage volunteers as philanthropic partners, helping translate volunteer commitment into sustained giving.This work reflects her deep commitment to creating sustainable, long-term fundraising practices for clients.  

Prior to CCS, Jessica worked at several nonprofits as a fundraiser, volunteer manager, and engagement director. She has two decades of experience advancing fundraising strategy and campaign execution. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Jessica now lives in San Mateo, CA with her husband. 

As a former nonprofit employee, I have seen firsthand how much impact a great organization can have on a community. I am grateful every day for the opportunity to collaborate with our nonprofit partners to ensure they get the support they need to thrive.
