The Full Story
Kevin’s work as an Executive Vice President at CCS is shaped by a belief that transformational philanthropy begins with listening, and that lasting impact grows from collaboration and clarity. Throughout his career as a consultant, he has partnered with leaders across education, science, the arts, healthcare, human services, and international nonprofits to design strategic plans, lead major campaigns, and guide organizations through periods of transformation.
Since joining the firm in 2015, he has taken on projects that span capacity building, organizational turnarounds, and complex development initiatives. In addition to campaigns, his client work has included development assessments, strategic planning, board engagement, systems analysis, and interim executive roles. Kevin spent a decade managing academic research centers in economics and urban planning at Columbia University and New York University. That experience shaped his interest in organizational growth and set the groundwork for his focus on long-term development planning.
He serves on the board of the University of Edinburgh North American Trust and is a committed advocate for international education and cultural exchange. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University, and a master’s degree in music from the University of Edinburgh.
Based in Greater Boston, Kevin is an avid hiker, musician, arts supporter, and traveler. Whether navigating a mountain trail or a multi-year campaign, he brings curiosity, creativity, and care to every endeavor.
