With more than 15 years of experience, Pat has worked in multiple sectors, progressing through development operations and frontline fundraising into advancement leadership and consulting. That hands-on background shapes his advisory approach today, grounding strategy in the day-to-day realities of development work.
At CCS, Pat partners with organizations on work that helps teams prepare for their next stage of impact. He has supported efforts ranging from six-figure annual funds to eight- and nine-figure campaign initiatives, bringing steady partnership and practical structure to each engagement. Pat also contributes to CCS’s exploration of generative AI in fundraising, helping colleagues and clients consider responsible applications that enhance insight development and strengthen decision-making.
Pat earned a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University with a double major in Marketing and Management and holds a master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut. He serves on the boards of AFP Massachusetts and Boston Proud and lives in the Boston area with his partner. Outside of work, he enjoys improv comedy and participating in local LGBTQ community sports leagues.
