Throughout his 27-year career, Terence has worked closely with hundreds of nonprofit organizations in all sectors on campaign planning, goal setting, volunteer recruitment, and major gift fundraising. His expertise spans capital campaigns, annual giving programs, planned giving initiatives, and comprehensive development strategies that have consistently delivered exceptional results.

Helping organizations build sustainable fundraising programs that engage donors at all levels, Terence has partnered with nonprofits across the industry to raise more than $1 billion through carefully crafted campaigns and strategic initiatives. He has also collaborated with staff leadership on campaign design and implementation, advising on goal setting and campaign activity, and coaching board and committee members on messaging and donor engagement. Before rejoining CCS in 2011, he served as the Executive Director of the Cardinal’s Appeal for the Archdiocese of New York, leading efforts to modernize operations and expand the donor base.

A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, Terence developed his passion for mission-driven work early. He is a member of the Pastoral Council at the Church of Saint Anne in Fair Lawn, NJ, and lives there with his wife, Alison, and two children, Jack and Sarah. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and cheering on the Knicks and Yankees.

I gain immense satisfaction from collaborating with leadership, volunteers, and donors to exceed goals and forward missions.
