This session will explore strategies for advancing transformational lead gifts and planned giving in diocesan-wide campaigns. Drawing on CCS’s experience supporting more than $400 million in active lead gift goals, we’ll highlight how disciplined strategy and relationship-centered fundraising drive sustainable success, including in dioceses navigating structural change or reorganization. Attendees will learn about personalized fundraising support for bishops, intentional integration of legacy giving with every major gift, bespoke donor engagement approaches and how, together, they reinforce a lasting culture of Catholic generosity.
