Abby is a strategic thinker and brings consistency and creativity to her work. She is self-motivated and has acquired a diversified skillset that includes donor stewardship, project management, communications, and strategic planning. Abby has extensive experience working with both executives and staff, and her core skills include acute attention to detail, managing project deadlines, and an ability to tackle unique problems with creative solutions.

Most recently, Abby has partnered with Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital (MWPH) and Florida Polytechnic University (Florida Poly) leading campaign efforts. MWPH has surpassed their campaign goal and continues the campaign in celebration of their centennial year. Florida Poly is planning the University’s first comprehensive campaign. Prior to MWPH and Florida Poly, Abby partnered with Virginia Union University (Richmond, VA) on a campaign to provide student scholarships, address social justice and revitalize the historic campus buildings. In just the first three months of “sprint campaign” activity the effort secured a $6,000,000 corporate grant, the largest in the University’s 146-year history.

Previously, Abby directed a Planning Study for Doctors Community Hospital Foundation to explore mission-focused priorities that included a new OBGYN/Birth Center and endowment. She also conducted a Development Assessment with the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center Foundation and a Board Assessment with SMASH Academy.

Prior to joining CCS, Abby was the Associate Director of College Relations at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. She oversaw all external relations including alumni, donors, corporate sponsors, prospective students, and board members.
