It is an exciting time to be working at CCS, and it is an incredible opportunity to be at the nexus of transforming philanthropy and centering equity and social justice to best support our nonprofit partners and the communities they serve.

A profile picture of Ana Sofia.

Ana Sofia first realized her love for the nonprofit sector during her undergraduate marketing classes, when her projects seemed to always focus on local nonprofits, including the public radio station. Since then, she continues to be inspired by partnering with organizations that seek to impact lasting social change.

Prior to CCS, Ana Sofia worked with a wide range of organizations in various sectors, including a national children’s health network, an afterschool program that fosters a social justice mindset for kids of all ages, and Off-Broadway theaters. While working with these organizations, Ana Sofia gained over a decade of development experience in creating, implementing, leading, and analyzing successful fundraising strategies. She enjoys building and cultivating relationships and has experience in campaign management, philanthropy assessments, institutional giving, major gifts, and event planning.

Ana Sofia was born in Puerto Rico and has lived all over the United States. She enjoys exploring new neighborhoods wherever her client work takes her. She holds a M.S. in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, and a B.S.B.A. in Marketing and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of West Florida.
