Andrea brings to CCS ten years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit management. She excels in the areas of development systems and analytics, and is passionate about strategic, data-informed fundraising. She brings her proficiencies in complex, cross-functional CRM management and holistic fundraising operations to her work on Development Systems with clients.
Andrea has dedicated her career towards nonprofit strategies and lives by Andrew Carnegie’s words, “My heart is in the work.” Her passion for refining systems stems from a desire to create strategic, thoughtful environments that support mission-driven work. She believes in harnessing the power of philanthropic data to drive decision-making and in the immense effect that efficient operational workflows can have towards increasing fundraising capacity.
Andrea has a MAM from Carnegie Mellon University, Heinz College, and a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University. She is experienced across numerous CRM platforms and holds a Blackbaud professional certification in The Raiser’s Edge. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the National Parks, embroidery, listening to classical music, and gardening.
