The Full Story

Becky brings a relational, team-centered approach to her work as a Senior Vice President at CCS, partnering with organizations to navigate campaigns, planning studies, and moments of growth with clarity and care. Her experience includes campaign planning and management, case development, major gift strategy, growth planning, and board engagement.

Before joining CCS in 2018, Becky worked as a frontline fundraiser in both secondary and higher education. At Loyola University Chicago, she focused on corporate and foundation relations. At Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Chicago, she supported scholarship fundraising, board management, and development operations. Those early roles shaped her commitment to purpose-driven institutions and continue to guide how she approaches team development and mission-aligned fundraising today.

Becky earned her MBA through Loyola University Chicago’s Baumhart Scholars Program, a selective cohort focused on leadership at the intersection of profit and purpose. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
