Diana is Vice President of Strategy and Operations for CCS’s Southern California and Southwest region, and has been with CCS for over 10 years. As a member of the region’s executive leadership team, she identifies and implements strategic priorities for business development, recruitment, talent management, client engagement, and other operational functions. Diana also works closely with executives to assess each client partner’s needs and develop the scope of work and solution to address those needs. She manages the region’s operational team and also oversees administrative support of all client engagements.
Diana is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Orange County Chapter where she co-chairs the Program Committee.
Diana holds a Bachelors in International Business and Applied Mathematics from Pepperdine University.
