Melinda Gates once said, “Philanthropy is not about the money. It’s about using whatever resources you have at your fingertips and applying them to improving the world.” I am privileged to work with a firm of experts, professionals, and changemakers to apply our own resources to elevate the mission and success of our nonprofit clients.

Megan has supported the nonprofit sector for nearly ten years. Her areas of expertise include fundraising planning, partnership-building, development management, optimizing development strategies, major gift strategy, campaign and moves management, operational support, and network and capacity-building. Megan leads operations for Team 12 and supports local clients, including guiding complex client engagements.

Megan has extensive experience working with St. Louis area organizations to lead significant fundraising initiatives, coach nonprofit leadership, implement fundraising best practices, and develop strategies to enhance and elevate development initiatives. Megan calls St. Louis home and has enjoyed becoming engrained in the community since relocating in 2014.

Before joining CCS, Megan served in the Peace Corps and earned her Master’s in Social Work at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.
