My personal mission in this work is to understand the unique philanthropic needs of each community I work with, to innovate and find creative solutions, and to develop the most impactful stories to advance the missions of each nonprofit I am lucky to be partnered with.

Olivia brings experience in philanthropic planning, project design and management, data visualization, and cultivating donor relationships to each of her CCS client partnerships. Olivia combines a strong passion for service with a tireless work ethic, and prides herself on her ability to design impactful strategies shaped by the unique culture and character of a community. In her work, she most enjoys tailoring each project to the communities’ unique mission, vision, and priorities.

Olivia received her Bachelor’s in Sociology and Urban Studies, and her Masters in Social Work, both at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Before her work with CCS, Olivia worked with the Michigan Council on Crime and Delinquency to advance their project, Nation Outside, a program that encourages civic engagement among justice system-impacted populations.

Olivia also collected and analyzed data for the University of Michigan’s (U-M) Title IX Project and carried out a self-designed research project in Sweden, reviewing the Swedish justice system’s interaction with asylum-seekers. As Program Assistant with the Office of Continuing Education at the U-M School of Social Work, Olivia managed multiple continuing education programs and regularly designed evaluations and reports to collect and present data on the efficacy of the office and its programming.

Olivia is from Ann Arbor, MI and now lives in Philadelphia, PA. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, attending live music venues, and hiking.
