As a Senior Vice President of CCS Helen is results-driven and action-oriented. Exceling in project management, Helen has significant experience managing fundraising operations, prospect identification, development staff engagement, strategic planning, and analytic reporting. As a senior member of CCS Europe, she has led diverse international initiatives from a €35m campaign for a leading Irish University to supporting religious organisations in the UK to receive six and seven-figure investments.
Helen has extensive experience in securing transformational gifts from individuals, trusts/foundations, the corporate sector and government agencies and was instrumental in continuing to ensure fundraising success for her clients through the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
In working with CCS clients across the non-profit sector, Helen has assessed large-scale fundraising operations, led complex, multi-dimensional campaigns, and supported in defining and executing recruitment strategies to build successful development teams. She is most proud of her relationship with RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences and especially her involvement with its Institute of Global Surgery – including securing funding for a newly established academic chair to lead the Institute’s work in Malawi and Zambia.
Most recently, Helen worked with St Mary’s University in Twickenham and the University of Health Equity based in Rwanda to develop robust strategic plans to secure philanthropic income to enable growth. Currently Helen is working with Corpus Christi College at Oxford University to support a landmark campaign for their new library.

Lyndsie works with a team of operations professionals to support internal strategic planning, business development, and talent management for NY-based executives. She initially joined CCS in 2013 as an onsite director, where she partnered with an array of clients in the arts, education, and environmental sectors. Serving as a trusted thought partner, she managed diverse projects including feasibility studies, campaign management, and development assessments and served as interim director of development.
In the time between these roles at CCS, Lyndsie served as the Director of Advancement and Strategic Projects at Congregation Rodeph Sholom, a 180-year-old synagogue in Manhattan. In this role, Lyndsie led the 1,700-family congregation in its largest ever capital campaign and annual fundraising efforts. She also spearheaded the community’s first ever strategic plan, managed its congregational listening campaign, led programmatic incubators, and designed and facilitated leadership development programs.
Lyndsie received her B.A. from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study where she concentrated in Judaic Studies and Non-Profit Management. She serves on the Board of SAORI Arts NYC, an organization that brings free form weaving to children and adults with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
Elizabeth joined CCS in 2013 and brings deep experience in the education, healthcare, and religious sectors. She has conducted strategic planning and operational assessments, led high performing fundraising teams, and managed major campaigns across the country that have raised more than $750 million. Finding joy in teamwork with clients, Elizabeth brings a combination of skilled project management and high-level strategic guidance to each partnership.
Elizabeth earned her BA from Emory University and MBA/MTS from Vanderbilt University. She recently returned home to Nashville with her husband and two spaniel pups, after living in Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA, and Sandpoint, IDover the years. They love spending time outdoors hiking, camping, & kayaking, and volunteering for their local parks.

Matt joined CCS in 2019 and has spent much of his professional career in the fundraising and non-profit space. Matt is drawn to the power of philanthropy to address some of today’s most complex and pressing issues in the US and around the world.
At CCS, Matt has lead projects with fundraising goals in excess of $600 million across all sectors. Matt’s expertise lies in campaign management, development assessments, major and principal gift strategies, volunteer engagement, data analytics, and capacity building. Matt’s goal with every client engagement is to elevate the organization’s capacity to support its mission through philanthropy.
Matt is a Canadian/American dual citizen and has spent time living in Europe. He brings a global perspective to his work and has experience working with various international organizations.
Matt holds a Master of Arts from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts from Centre College.
With roots spread across the country, Matt now calls Durham, NC home. He enjoys any opportunity to learn something new and exploring North Carolina’s natural spaces.

Eleanor has dedicated her professional career to supporting the development goals of nonprofit organizations. Her counsel has furthered the philanthropic efforts of institutions and initiatives throughout the Midwest since 2014.
Eleanor brings expertise in major gifts strategy, communications, volunteer management, and coalition-building to every engagement. She has worked extensively with organizational leaders, board members, government officials, and donors to champion transformational initiatives. She values creativity, integrity, and a spirit of collaboration.
Since joining CCS in 2018, Eleanor has led successful efforts across sectors including environmental, arts and culture, healthcare, higher education, and public-private partnerships.
Eleanor earned a BA in American Studies and French from Smith College. Originally from Western Massachusetts, Eleanor lives in Chicago with her family and enjoys visiting museums and Lake Michigan.

Charlie Michaud, Principal and Managing Director at CCS, brings more than 27 years of professional fundraising experience to the clients we serve. Based now in New York City after 15 years in the UK and Ireland, Charlie’s career spans working in North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
Charlie’s counsel has helped our clients raise more than $1 billion worldwide to advance important causes including: education, food security, global health, human rights, international relief and development, medical research, and poverty eradication. His areas of expertise includes campaign design and management, corporate partnerships, and mobilizing resources from governments.
Charlie has provided strategic counsel and high-level coaching to senior executives, board members, philanthropists and government officials. He has trained fundraising volunteers across diverse cultures and regularly presents on fundraising trends and best practices.
