Snapshot of Today’s Philanthropic Landscape, 2022

Autumn started with CCS in 2012, advising and guiding client partners across sectors to achieve nine-figure campaign goals and mobilizing thousands of volunteers to make a difference. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, campaign management, donor communications, board coaching and staff development.

Autumn is currently working with the Feeding America National Office in Chicago, IL to build and resource a brand-new department. Access Services will facilitate relationships between Feeding America, their 199 food bank members, and the thousands of agencies that distribute food across the United States. Before working with Access Services, Autumn conducted a major gifts planning and strategy engagement with the Feeding America Development team in response to their tremendous growth over the past two years. The outcome of this project was a three-year plan to chart the course of fundraising practice and investment.

Prior to her partnerships with Feeding America, Autumn was working with the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health in Palo Alto, CA. LPFCH is the sole fundraising entity for Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford and the child health programs at Stanford University School of Medicine. She started with LPFCH in an interim management position, leading a stewardship team of eight. She then transitioned into implementation of a new strategic plan that CCS developed with LPFCH leadership toward a goal of raising $200 million each year.

Autumn served as Development Manager of Kadlec Foundation in Richland, WA, from 2015-2017, before returning to CCS. She worked closely with donors, executive leadership, and trustees to elevate community health. Kadlec Regional Medical Center is part of the Providence St. Joseph Health system.

Autumn and her husband, Tyler, a family physician, are both from Idaho. She is an alumna of Boise State University and New York University. She has lived in five countries and enjoys reading, cooking, tennis, and hiking.
