Alena brings over a decade’s worth of experience building philanthropic support and scaling funding streams for long-term growth. She loves a good brainstorming session and can problem solve all day long. Over the years, she has paid particular attention to optimizing operations and fine-tuning fundraising procedures. Her work has secured transformational seven-figure commitments, provided staff with professional development, and heightened campaign performance from case development to closing over goal.

With CCS since 2019, she has partnered with clients in education, arts and culture, and the environment. Alena serves as a facilitator with the firm’s Aspiring Allies ERG group and is a founding staff member the Conservation and Environmental sector group.

Alena and her husband sustain a 10-acre property where they are investing in long-term, climate informed stewardship practices and increasing healthy habitats for people, plants, and wildlife.
